One in five struggle with literacy! Join us on September 26th at Freestone Park in Gilbert for a family-friendly fun run dedicated to raising awareness, building community, and championing literacy for all!

• Nominate a Teacher: Form a team of 30 and nominate a teacher for a $300 dyslexia training reimbursement scholarship. This scholarship helps equip educators with the skills to identify and support struggling readers and improve literacy outcomes. Event Details and Schedule

Mail-in and Virtual Registration

• Mail-in Registration: To register by mail please complete and return our Mail-in Registration Form! Please make check payable to StartLine Racing.
• Virtual Participation: Can't make it to this year's event but still want to participate? We are excited to announce our 1in5K Dyslexia Dash Virtual Race. A virtual race is a race that can be ran at any location. All virtual race participants will receive a custom event finisher's medal and custom event dri-fit tech t-shirt. Your virtual packet will be mailed out the week following the event.
• Restrictions: Virtual Registrations are restricted to US addresses only. If you reside outside of the US and wish to participate please contact StartLine Racing at info@startlineracing.com.

All Participants Receive:

• Finisher's Medal: Custom Event Finisher's Medal for all participants
• T-Shirt: Custom Event Dri-Fit Tech T-Shirt for all participants.
• Awards: Male and Female Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups for the 5K only.
• Runner's Brunch: Pre- and Post-Race "Runner's Brunch" (granola bars, fruit, water, Gatorade, etc)

Race Day Information

• Registration: Race Day Registration will be available beginning at 6:30am at Freestone Park.
• Payment: We accept cash, or credit card on race day. Cost of registration on race day will be $40 for the 5K and $20 for the Kids Dash.
• Accessibility: We welcome wheelchairs, strollers & wagons. No roller blades/skates, skateboards or motorized devices are allowed on the run or walk courses.
• Weather Policy: This event will take place rain or shine. There are no refunds for due to weather.
