Join us for the Kyrene RISE 5K, our inaugural community run/walk supporting Kyrene students and programs.

This family-friendly event brings together students, families, staff, and neighbors for a fun and energizing morning centered on health, wellness, school spirit, and community connection.

It is a chance to come together, move together, and RISE together for Kyrene in a way that is active, positive, and memorable.

This event will feature a 5K and 1M distances and will take place at Kiwanis Park - North Entrance.

Event Details and Schedule

Mail-in and Virtual Registration

• Mail Registration: To register by mail please complete and return our Mail-in Registration Form. Please make checks payable to StartLine Racing. Mail-in registrations will be accepted until September 20, 2026.
• Virtual Participation: We are excited to announce our Kyrene Rise Virtual Race. You can run your race at your pace wherever you like.
• Materials: All virtual race participants will receive a custom event finisher's medal and custom event dri-fit tech t-shirt.
• Restrictions: Virtual Registrations are restricted to US addresses only. Contact StartLine Racing at [email protected] for inquiries from outside the US.

All Participants Receive:

• Finisher's Medal: Custom Event Finisher's Medal.
• T-Shirt: Custom Event Dri-Fit Tech T-Shirt. Option to select 'No Shirt' and receive $5 off your registration.
• Awards: Male and Female Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups in the 5K distance.
• Brunch: Pre- and Post-Race "Runner's Brunch" (granola bars, fruit, water, Gatorade, etc).

• Note: Course is subject to change if Race Director deems the course to be unsafe on race day.

Race Day Information

• Check-In: Race Day Check In will be available beginning at 6:30am at Kiwanis Park (race location).
• Costs: Registration Cost on race day will be: 5K - $45, 1M - $40.
• Accessibility: We welcome wheelchairs, strollers & wagons. No roller blades/skates, skateboards or motorized devices allowed on the run or walk courses.
• Weather Policy: This event will take place rain or shine. There are no refunds for due to weather.

Packet Pick-up Opportunities

• Prior Pick-up: Packet Pick-up is available on Saturday, September 26th from 2-5pm at TBD.
• Race Day: You can also pick up your packet starting at 6:30am on race day.

• September 27, 2026: 6:30 AM - Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup Opens
• September 27, 2026: 7:30 AM - 5K Run/Walk Begins
• September 27, 2026: 7:40 AM - 1M Run/Walk Begins
• September 27, 2026: 8:30 AM - Mascot Dash
• September 27, 2026: 8:45 AM - Awards Ceremony Begins (approx.)
