Event Overview

Join us for the Kyrene RISE 5K, our inaugural community run/walk supporting Kyrene students and programs.

This family-friendly event brings together students, families, staff, and neighbors for a fun and energizing morning centered on health, wellness, school spirit, and community connection.

It is a chance to come together, move together, and RISE together for Kyrene in a way that is active, positive, and memorable.

This event will feature a 5K and 1M distances and will take place at Kiwanis Park - North Entrance.

Event Details and Schedule

Mail-in and Virtual Registration

• Mail-in Registration: To register by mail please complete and return our Mail-in Registration Form! Please make checks payable to StartLine Racing. Mail-in registrations will be accepted until September 20, 2026.
• Virtual Race: Can't make it to this year's event but still want to participate? We are excited to announce our Kyrene Rise Virtual Race. A virtual race is a race that can be ran at any location.
• Virtual Packet: All virtual race participants will receive a custom event finisher's medal and custom event dri-fit tech t-shirt.
• Eligibility: Virtual Registrations are restricted to US addresses only. If you reside outside of the US and wish to participate please contact StartLine Racing at info@startlineracing.com.

All Participants Receive:

• Finisher's Medal: Custom Event Finisher's Medal.
• Event Shirt: Custom Event Dri-Fit Tech T-Shirt. Option to select 'No Shirt' and receive $5 off your registration.
• Age Group Awards: Male and Female Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups in the 5K distance.
• Runner's Brunch: Pre- and Post-Race "Runner's Brunch" (granola bars, fruit, water, Gatorade, etc).

Course Maps

• 5K Map: 5K Course Map
• 1M Map: 1M Course Map
• Course Changes: Course is subject to change if Race Director deems the course to be unsafe on race day.

Race Day Information

• Check In: Race Day Check In will be available beginning at 6:30am at Kiwanis Park (race location).
• Registration Fees: Cost of registration on race day will be: 5K - $45, 1M - $40.
• Access: We welcome wheelchairs, strollers & wagons.
• Restrictions: No roller blades/skates, skateboards or motorized devices are allowed on the run or walk courses.

Packet Pick-Up Opportunities

• Date: Packet Pick-up is available on Saturday, September 26th from 2-5pm at TBD.
• Race Day Pickup: You can also pick up your packet starting at 6:30am on race day.
