Run at the Top Group Runs

Frederick County Parks & Recreation Run at the Top invites you to join us for a weekly group run beginning March 10 at Sherando Park. Runs will start every Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m. and feature a route of approximately 3–5 miles.

Becky McGraw, Run at the Top Race Director and a Sherando High School cross country and track coach, will lead the group and send runners out on a route. This is a great opportunity to log some miles, connect with fellow runners, and learn more about upcoming Run at the Top race events.

All paces are welcome. We will meet at the Rotary Shelter across from the Sherando Park Pool. Come share some miles and enjoy running in the community!
