 Complete the full 10K event. (2 options)

Option 1

5K Bike Ride on asphalt follow by a 5K Trail Run

Option 2

5K Run on asphalt follow by a 5K Trail Run.

5K options (Ride or Run)

Option 1

5K Bike Ride on asphalt  and done.

Option 2

5K Trail Run and Done.

 

Experience the peaceful nature surrounding of the park and have a great time with family and friends.

All registered participants that registered complete the 5K Bike Ride or 5K/10 Run will receive a Shirt and  Medal.

For those that  register and complete  The 10K combo Ride and Run will be awarded with a second Award.

Remember that all riders must wear a helmet to Ride a bike and must register for the Ride and Run option event.

Same start Time for all Participants with Runners starting behind Runners.

Same Start and Finish Line for everyone.
