Safety Guidelines
- Helmet Requirement: All riders must wear a helmet to ride a bike.
- Registration: Must register for the Ride and Run option event.
- Start Times: Same start time for all participants, with runners starting behind bikers.
- Start and Finish Line: Same start and finish line for everyone.
