2026 NCHC Save Your Pumpkins 5K Run/Walk

Race Overview

Do you know someone with breast cancer, or someone who has had breast cancer? You're probably nodding your head 'yes' because breast cancer is the most common reportable cancer among women in Ohio, regardless of race. In our Buckeye State, it accounts for 28 percent of all cancers diagnosed in women.

This fall, let's join the fight to "Save the Pumpkins" with a 5K run/walk through our beautiful, lakefront Sandusky, Ohio.

Beneficiary

All proceeds will benefit The Foundations for the following North Coast Healthcare Collaborative Hospital Systems:

• Firelands Health: Investing in patient support and equipment.
• Fisher-Titus: Supporting breakthrough equipment and research.
• Magruder Hospital: Aiming to prevent, diagnose and cure breast cancer.
• Encouragement to Donate: Donations from friends and family who do not wish to race but would like to support the cause are encouraged.

• Pre-registration cost: $25.00
• Day-of registration cost: $27.00

Race T-Shirts available if you register by September 20, 2026.

Packet Pick-up

• Date & Time: Friday, October 2, from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
• Location: Firelands Regional Medical Center Professional Center II, 703 Tyler St., Sandusky, OH, 44870.
• Parking: You may park in Lots F or E on Tyler St.
• Additional Pick-up: Saturday, October 3 (Race Day) at Sandusky Bay Pavilion.
