🏃‍♂️ Davis Labor Day Run Overview

Make plans today to kick off your Labor Day with a run or walk at the 26th Annual Davis Labor Day Race! This event will be held on Monday, September 2 in Davis. We offer four races for this event: 5K (3.1 miles), 10K (6.2 miles), a One Mile Run/Walk for all ages, and a Kids 1/4 Mile Fun Run.

🎖️ What’s Included

• Finisher Medal: All participants receive a medal after completing their race.
• Post-Race Pancakes: Enjoy complimentary pancakes after the race.
• T-Shirts: Included with 5K, 10K, and One Mile entries: available for $5 for Kids Run entries.
• Awards: Given to overall winners and top finishers in age groups.

🕒 Race Information

• Register: Register Online. “Deal Days” (15% discount) will be offered through 11:59pm June 17, 2025.
• Start Times: 8:00 a.m. - 10K, 8:05 a.m. - 5K, 8:10 a.m. - One Mile, 9:30 a.m. - Kids 1/4 Mile Fun Run.
• Location: Downtown Davis, Central Park (Corner 3rd and C Street).
• Bib Pick Up: Race morning only, beginning at 6:30 am. We suggest arriving about one hour before your race start to pick up.

🗺️ Course Details

• Course Maps: The 5K & 10K routes take place primarily in South Davis. The One Mile takes place Downtown.
• Medals: Finisher medals will be distributed to all finishers, with awards for top male, female, and nonbinary participants.
• Age Groups: 5K and 10K categories include diverse age groups from 9 & Under to 90+.
• Special Divisions: Offered for the 5K and 10K, including Adaptive Athlete and Cancer Survivor.

👦 One Mile Fun Run

The One Mile run or walk is perfect for families not quite ready for the 3.1 mile distance, featuring awards for top finishers by gender and in various age groups.

🎗️ Beneficiary

The event benefits Cancer Champions, a nonprofit organization that provides nutrition, exercise and mindset programming tailored to those battling or recovering from cancer treatment.

Parking is available throughout downtown Davis (no hourly parking enforcement on a holiday).
