Race Overview

We offer multiple events and distances, with something for every age group and ability. On event morning, along with an enjoyable run or walk through Davis’ residential neighborhoods and greenbelts, participants enjoy our post-race expo, with refreshments and samples from vendors. Prizes for timed events to overall winners as well as the top three finishers in each category. Prizes to top finishers in special divisions for 2 Mile, 5K, 10K, and Half.

2025 Start Times

2025 times are subject to change and may change from the below:

• 7:50 AM: Half Marathon
• 8:05 AM: 2 Mile
• 8:30 AM: 5K
• 9:00 AM: 10K
• 10:15 AM: 1 Mile (Timed, all ages)
• 10:30 AM: Kids Fun Runs (1/2, 1/4 mile + Toddler Trot)

Packet Pick Up

Pre-Race Packet Pick Up:

• When: Friday, November 21 from 1:30 to 6:00 pm
• Where: Veterans Memorial Center, located at 14th Street at B Street (between the Yolo County Library and Davis High School)
• Parking: Davis High School student lot or library lot
• What to Bring: Bring your QR code and show on your phone (hard copy printout ok too) to the check-in volunteer

You may check in family and friends - please bring their QR code / screenshot of it.

Race Day Packet Pick Up:

• When: 6:30 am onwards at Civic Center Park
• Arrival: Arrive at registration 60-75 minutes early if picking up race day
• What to Bring: Bring your QR code and show on your phone (hard copy printout ok too).
• Parking: Downtown streets or at Davis High School (suggested) and walk down B Street from 14th to 7th Street

Divisions and Amenities

• Events: 1 Mile, 2 Mile, 5K, 10K, and Half Entries include chip timing and eligibility for age group awards, long sleeve, DryBlend (50/50) t-shirt, and a finisher medal.
• Awards: Age division awards three-deep in age groups. Prizes to top three finishers by gender (men, women, nonbinary) in special divisions.
• Participants: Children in strollers are FREE but registration is required. Participants on the course must be registered.
• Minimum Age: The minimum age for Half Marathon is 15, with exceptions made on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Please Note Refund Policy: Start times are subject to change. Event happens rain or shine. All entries are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Race insurance is offered by a third party in the case that you become injured or cannot attend. In the case of postponements or cancellations, all entry fees will be first used to cover incurred expenses and then donated to our charity. Transfers to virtual entry are allowed prior to the deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• Strollers: Permitted but must start toward the back. Please do not line up at the starting line.
• Dogs: Dog division available in the 2 Mile only.
• Unclaimed Awards: Not mailed: please pick up on race day.
• Multiple Events: If participating in more than one event, please register for each separately.
