Race Overview

• Course: Generally flat, through greenbelts and neighborhood streets.
• Amenities: Finisher’s medals, pace groups, t-shirts, post-race expo.
• Water Stations: Available throughout the course with water and electrolytes.
• Fun for Families: The 2K fun run/walk is suitable for families and younger athletes.

Registration Information

• Registration Opened: October 1, 2025
• Early Registration: Highly recommended for the Half Marathon as it often sells out.

Start Times

• Half Marathon & 10K: 8:00 a.m.
• 5K: 8:10 a.m.
• 2K: 9:00 a.m.
• Note: Times are subject to change.

Entry Includes

• Included Items: T-shirt, finisher medal, chip timing, eligibility for awards.
• Upgrade Option: Long sleeve technical shirt available for $8.
• Opt-Out: Save $5 by opting out of the short sleeve t-shirt.

Packet Pick Up

• Date: February 21, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Playfields Park.
• Race Day Pickup: Available from 6:30 a.m. on February 22.
• Check-In: QR code recommended for fast check-in.
• Race Bib: Must be pinned to the front of your clothing for visibility.

Awards

• Overall Awards: Presented to top male, female, and nonbinary finishers.
• Age Group Awards: Top three finishers per age group: net time determines placement.
• Special Divisions: Awards for top finishers in designated divisions.

Virtual Participation

• Registration: Available for those unable to attend in person.
• Packet Mailing: Sent around February 25, includes bib, finisher medal, and optional t-shirt.
• Results Submission: Virtual participants can submit times online until March 22.

Half Marathon Details

• Cut-Off Time: 3.5 hours or 11:30 a.m.
• Minimum Age: 15 years old: younger participants may be allowed with permission and adult supervision.
• Fluid Stations: Located approximately every two miles along the course.

Accessibility and Participation

• Wheelchairs: All divisions welcome: pushwheelchairs should start at the back.
• Strollers: Allowed in the 2K: advised to line up behind faster runners.
• Children: Unaccompanied children under 11 not suggested in the 2K.

Timing

• Chip Timing: Times start when you cross the mats: no need to crowd the start line.
• Awards: Most awards determined by chip time, except for top overall finishers.

Support Runners

• Registration: Support runners must register as standard entrants or support runners.
• Visibility: Support runners are encouraged to wear high visibility clothing.
• Paired Athletes: Cannot register as a support runner without an athlete to aid.
