Come enjoy a 1.4 mile walk or 2.8 mile run and a day of fun activities in support of NBCAWR.
📅 Registration Details
- Early Bird Registration: $45 (starts June 16th: Ends Aug. 18th)
- If you are a Breast Cancer Survivor: please contact Adiyama before registering: alecanadau@wiltonrancheria-nsn.gov
- Late Registration: $55 (starts Aug. 19th: Closes Sep. 10th) with no guarantee of shirt size.
- What Registration Covers: event t-shirt, swag bag, lunch, drinks, and raffle ticket.
🎉 Fun Activities
- Fun Zone: carnival games, jump house, balloon artist and face painting.
- Extra Fun Stuff: health booths, exercise, Garden of Hope, honoring of Breast Cancer survivors, traditional healing, live entertainment, lunch.
- Honoring Breast Cancer Survivors: a special focus during the event.
🎗️ Our Mission
To increase breast cancer awareness and screening, especially for Native American women. Breast cancer is the second leading cause of death for Native American women. It's estimated that approximately 1 in 8 women will get breast cancer in her lifetime. Our goal is to raise awareness and encourage women to screen early.
📍 Packet Pickup
- Date: Friday, October 10th (Office closed on Oct. 13th)
- Time: 2PM - 6PM
- Location: Wilton Rancheria Tribal Warehouse (9728 Kent Street, Elk Grove)
- Parking: available in the parking lot in front of the warehouse or on the street.

- 09:30 AM: Welcome + Prayer
- 09:50 AM: Team Roll Call
- 10:00 AM: Stretch
- 10:15 AM: Wave 1 - Runners
- 10:18 AM: Wave 2 - Walkers
- 10:30 AM: Fun Zone + Booths open
- 11:00 AM: Honoring of Survivors
- 11:15 AM: Raffle Prize Display Open
- 12:00 PM: Lunch + Entertainment
- 02:00 PM: Raffle* (final items)
- 02:30 PM: Closing Prayer
- 8AM - 1PM: Coffee available (until last drip)
- 11AM - 2PM: Kona Ice available
- Note: Raffle waves are announced throughout the event.
