Join us at FosterHope Sacramento's 4th annual Run to FosterHope on Saturday, June 14th, to support our community-based programs that help stabilize and support children and youth in crisis, while providing hope for a better future and celebrating the power of families.
We're excited to bring back our 5k and free kids run! Scheduled on Saturday, June 14th in beautiful Land Park in Sacramento to celebrate the power of families on Father's Day Weekend. Enjoy a beautiful day at the park while helping youth in your community!
The 5K course is flat and will utilize the trails in William Land Park located next to Fairytale Town, Funderland, and the Sacramento Zoo, making it an ideal route for runners and walkers.
There will also be vendors, food trucks, info booths, and kids activities - Making a fun event for everyone. All paid registrations will receive a T-Shirt and Finishing Medal. (late registrations are not guaranteed a T-shirt on race day). Join us for a day dedicated to Fostering Hope!
During the Family Fun Festival we will host a raffle for some amazing prizes and be joined by some amazing vendors, including a fan favorite from last year's run, CaliMade Lemonade, and Luna's Flame and Grill who will be serving up delicious food for us all day.

Where should participants park? We have reserved lot F and pre-paid for your parking at Sac City College across the street from William Land Park. Check out the packet pickup page on runsignup for more details.
Are you doing age group awards? Not this year. FosterHope will have finishers medals for all participants at the end of the race to show our appreciation for your participation and will post the times after the event.
Since 1985 FosterHope Sacramento has been providing services for El Dorado, Placer, San Joaquin, Yolo and Sacramento Counties. For 40 years FosterHope has directly impacted the lives of youth and families within the greater Sacramento region providing care, community and support. Here's a run down of everything you need to know to prepare you for race day! If you haven't registered yet, there's still time as our event has not yet met its capacity. We will be doing on-site registration from 7:30 am - 8:20 am at William Land Park on the Village Green.

Arrive at William Land Park no later than 8:00 am to check in at the registration table. The race will begin promptly at 8:30 am. The start and finish are in the same place and there will be water and Gatorade available as you are going through the course. You are welcome to carry your own water bottle if you would like to have access to fluids more frequently.
Stick around after the race for our Family Fun Festival!
