Chanoko 31K, 10K & 5K Trail Runs

Event Overview

The Chanoko 31K, 10K & 5K Trail Runs are back in 2027. Join us at Chanoko Trail Runs for an exciting day of trail running on March 6th at 8000 Douglas Blvd., Granite Bay, CA.

Event Details

• Distance Options: 31K, 10K, and 5K.
• Finisher Rewards: 31K finishers receive a custom long-sleeve hoodie plus a Chanoko Finisher Medal: 10K and 5K finishers receive Finisher Medals.
• Post-Race Food: Complimentary food for all runners at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake.
• Awards: Overall male and female champions in each race will receive special awards, with age-group awards presented three-deep.

Registration Information

• Finisher Apparel: Apparel for athletes signing up during race week will be mailed: availability may be limited.
• Shuttle Service: A shuttle bus for 31K runners leaves Granite Beach to the start line at 7:30 am for $30.
• Aid Stations: Six stations on the 31K course, stocked with water, electrolyte beverages, gels, snacks, Vaseline, and first aid.
• Packet Pick-Up: From 7 am to 8:30 am at Auburn Overlook Park: goody bags and t-shirts available at the finish.

Race Day Schedule

• 7:00 am: Registration/Packet Pick up opens (31K at Start in Auburn).
• 7:30 am: Bus departs transporting runners to start for 31K.
• 8:30 am: Start of Chanoko 31K (at Auburn Overlook).
• 8:00 am: Start of the Chanoko 10K & 5K (at Granite Beach).

Refund and Transfer Policy

• No Refund Policy: TBF Racing follows a no refund policy for events.
• Credit for Cancellation: A refund requested prior to race week grants credit minus a $25 processing fee.
• Transfer Policy: Transfers to another TBF Racing event within one year are allowed for a $25 fee: not available during race week.
• Event Weather: All events are held Rain or Shine.

Volunteer Information

• Volunteer Program: Join our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program to earn a $50 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher towards entry fees.
• Commitment: Each volunteer shift is 4 hours.
• Position Reservation: Email Volunteers@totalbodyfitness.com to reserve your spot as positions fill up quickly.
