Event Overview
- Distances: Choose between a scenic 5K or a challenging 10 Mile run.
- Course: Trails along Folsom Lake are lined with beautiful wildflowers.
- Finisher Medals: All participants will receive finisher medals.
- Race Shirts: Soft-cotton shirts available for purchase at $20.
Awards
- Top Finishers: Overall Male and Female winners in both races will receive awards.
- Age Group Awards: Three deep in each ten-year age group for both the 5K and 10 Miler.
Packet Pick Up
- Time: Race packets available on race morning from 7 am to 8 am.
- Location: Race site at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA.
- Note: Race fees will increase on race day.
Race Day Schedule
- 7:00 AM: Registration and packet pick up opens.
- 7:00 AM: Race announcements begin.
- 8:00 AM: Start of the Escape from Folsom 10 Miler.
- 8:10 AM: Start of the Escape from Folsom 5K.
Refund and Transfer Information
- No Refund Policy: No refunds are given: however, credit is issued minus a processing fee if requested prior to race week.
- Transfer Policy: Transfers are allowed within one year for a fee.
- Weather Policy: All events are held Rain or Shine.
Volunteer Opportunities
- Race for FREE: Volunteers can earn a $50 voucher towards entry fees.
- Shift Duration: Each volunteer shift is 4 hours.
