The Good Dog-Dirty Dog 5K & 10K Trail Runs

The Good Dog-Dirty Dog Trail Runs feature a 5K and 10K for runners alone or with their dogs!

• Finisher Medals: All runners at the Good Dog-Dirty Dog receive a medal plus a race bandana for your dog.
• Location: 8000 Douglas Blvd., Granite Bay, CA.

Event Details and Schedule

This event is for walkers, runners, and their dogs! We are excited to offer this event for athletes and their dogs and hope everyone has a fun time.

• Start Times: 10K at 8:00 a.m., 5K at 8:10 a.m.
• Location: Granite Beach area at Folsom Lake SRA.
• Aid Stations: Available at the halfway point for both walkers and dogs.
• Additional Dogs: Can be signed up for a fee of $10 per dog.

Awards and Recognition

We will have a 'Runner only - No Dog' category with individual awards to the top male and female runners in this category.

• Finisher Medal: Each competitor receives a Good Dog-Dirty Dog Finisher Medal plus a race bandana for their dog.
• Commemorative T-Shirts: Available for pre-order for an additional $20.
• Awards: Presented for first, second, and third place in various divisions.
• Dog Categories: Awards for Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large dogs based on weight.

Volunteer and Refund Policy

Find out about our RACE for FREE Athlete Volunteer program by emailing Volunteers@TotalBodyFitness.com to sign up.

• Race Fees: Increase on race day.
• No Refund Policy: TBF Racing has a strict no refund policy on all events.
• Credits: If requested before race week, a credit minus a $25 processing fee will be issued.
• Transfers: Allowed within a one-year timeframe for a $25 fee, not permitted during race week.

ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.
