Enjoy beautiful well-marked courses at Folsom Lake SRA for a 5K or 10 Mile run followed by ice-cold IPA beer.

Event Details and Schedule

• Location: Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA
• New Courses: The Gold Rush Growler 10 Mile Trail Run and 5K will feature new routes for 2026.
• Finisher Rewards: Participants will receive a custom Gold Rush Growler Finisher Beer Glass.
• Commemorative Shirts: Available for $20 in men's and women's cuts.

Race Information

The Gold Rush Growler Trail Runs start and finish at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA with beautiful scenic courses along the shoreline and on single track trails.

• Awards: First place Overall Male and Female in the 10 Miler & 5K will receive Overall Champion Awards.
• Age Group Awards: Awards will be presented three deep in each ten-year age group for both races.
• Additional Rewards: Participants will also receive Gold Rush Growler Beer Glasses.

Packet Pick Up Information

Race packets will be available on race morning from 6:30 am to 8 am at the race site.

Race Day Schedule

• 6:30: Registration/Packet Pick up opens
• 7:00: Race announcements begin
• 8:00: Start of Gold Rush Growler 10 Miler
• 8:10: Start of Gold Rush Growler 5K

Refund and Transfer Information

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all events. A refund requested prior to race week will be given as a TBF Race credit for the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Transfers are allowed within a one-year timeframe for a $25 fee but not during race week. All events are held Rain or Shine.

Race for FREE Information

Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $50 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any events this year. Volunteers are required to complete a 4-hour shift and should reserve their position by emailing Volunteer Director Teri@totalbodyfitness.com as spots fill quickly.

Race fees increase on race day.
