Race Details

• Courses: Enjoy beautiful well-marked courses at Folsom Lake SRA for a 5K or 10 Mile run followed by ice-cold IPA beer.
• New Courses: The Gold Rush Growler 10 Mile Trail Run and 5K will feature new courses for 2026.
• Finisher Awards: Post-race rewards include a custom Gold Rush Growler Finisher Beer Glass and commemorative race shirts available for $20.
• Awards: First place Overall Male and Female will receive Overall Champion Awards, with additional awards for the top three finishers in each ten-year age group.

Packet Pick Up

• Time: Race packets will be available on race morning from 6:30 am to 8 am.
• Location: Available at the race site.

Race Day Schedule

• 6:30 am: Registration/Packet Pick up opens.
• 7:00 am: Race announcements begin.
• 8:00 am: Start of Gold Rush Growler 10 Miler.
• 8:10 am: Start of Gold Rush Growler 5K.

Refund and Transfer Policy

• No Refund: TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all events.
• Credits: A refund requested prior to race week will be credited as TBF Race credit minus a $25 processing fee.
• Transfers: Transfers allowed within a one-year timeframe with a $25 transfer fee: transfers are not permitted during race week.
• Weather: All events are held Rain or Shine.

• Race for FREE: Join the Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program to earn a $50 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher.
• Shift Duration: Each volunteer shift is 4 hours.
