Half-Marathon Program: Starts Saturday, March 14th at 8am
10k Program: Starts Saturday, March 28th at 8:30 am
5K Program: Starts Saturday, March 28th at 8:30 am
Time: Saturdays at 8:30am for 10 weeks (5k & 10k), Saturdays at 8:00am for 12 weeks (Half)

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Grab a friend or make new ones when you join in our spring training programs. We have options for the true beginner (we specialize in getting people off the couch and to the finish line of their first 5k) through experienced runner and take pride in being with you every step of the way whether it's offering encouragement, high-fives and camaraderie during your long runs or those tips and tricks that make running just a bit easier.
We are made up of beginners and veterans. Young and old. Fast and slow. We celebrate movement and milestones and try to have a lot of fun along the way.
Both the 5K No Boundaries & 10k programs meet at 8:30am on Saturday mornings and the half-marathon program meets at 8:00am on Saturdays. All three programs include proven training plans, expert coaching, cool T-shirt and in-store product discounts.
You can sign up for any of the three training programs and the goal race together and save money with our bundle.
