Race Day

• Bib pickup: 8:00-9:30 am
• Kids Fun Run: 9:30
• Robot Race: 9:45 (Children can race virtually via robot if they cannot attend in person.)
• Race Start Time: 10:00
• Awards & Prizes: 11:30

About Our Non-Profit

• Mission: Our mission is to provide free technology to children with cancer and other serious illnesses to support their education, as well as their social and emotional well-being.
• Technology: Technology, including iPads, laptops, robots and Internet access, enables our children to continue their education during treatment while also remaining connected to family, friends and medical providers.
• Connection: Simply stated, we connect kids when their world is out of reach.

Course Description

• Type: The 5K run/walk is an out and back course starting at Bradeen Street and ending at Nasson Community Center (Nasson Gym).
• Terrain: Course is partially on road but mostly on well groomed Rail Trail portion of the Mousam Way.
• Turnaround: Turn around at Deering Pond.
• Scenery: Run or walk with the beautiful fall foliage all around you.

Registration

• Adults (18+): $20 in advance, $25 day of race
• Teens (13-17): $15
• Children (6-12): $10
• Under 5: Free when accompanying a paying adult.
• Dogs: Leashed dogs welcomed!

Awards

• Fastest: A special prize for fastest female, male and dog. Fastest dog prize generously donated by Waggerstown, Wells, ME.
• Medals: Medals for first and second female & male runners in all age categories.
• Pledges: Please consider gathering pledges. Team that raises most pledges wins a pizza party.
• T-shirts: Free t-shirts to all $250+ donors.
