Henry's Crusade against Epilepsy

Event Overview

• Location: Biddeford Intermediate School, Biddeford, ME
• Distance: 5k run, one mile walk, and kids fun run
• Start Times: Kids fun run at 10:00am: 5k and one mile walk at 10:30am

Inspiration

• Personal Story: This event was inspired by our youngest son who had his first seizure in the summer of 2019.
• Challenges: He faced over 20 seizures in less than a year.
• Finding Hope: We always tried to find a "silver lining" in every episode and challenge.
• Giving Back: This event is our silver lining and a way to help others fighting the same battle.

Charitable Contributions

• Beneficiaries: Proceeds will go to the New England Epilepsy Foundation and Camp Sunshine.
