Join us for the 4th Annual Mental Health Matters 5K, a community event dedicated to raising awareness, breaking stigma, and supporting teen mental health.
This race is hosted by the Active Minds/KyleCares Club at Greely High School, in partnership with KyleCares—a nonprofit committed to promoting open, honest conversations about mental health among teens and young adults. Together, we aim to create school and community environments where seeking help is encouraged, supported, and free from shame.
At the heart of this event is a simple but powerful message: It’s okay not to be okay.
Over the past seven years, KyleCares has helped launch 74 chapters in 4 states - MA, ME, NH, and RI, connecting with over 1,000 Active Minds chapters in high schools, colleges, and universities nationwide. The network includes more than 15,000 student advocates.
Early awareness and intervention can change—and save—lives. By participating in this event, you are helping to build a community that prioritizes mental wellness, supports young people, and empowers them with the tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Whether you run, walk, volunteer, become a sponsor, or donate, your involvement makes a meaningful difference.
Thank you for supporting the 4th Annual Mental Health Matters 5K. We are incredibly grateful for your participation and commitment to this important cause.
