2026 KWAOR President's 5K

The Kent Washington Association of REALTORS® (KWAOR) is hosting the KWAOR President’s 5K Charity Run/Walk at Warwick City Park to benefit South County Habitat for Humanity and the RP4 Foundation. This community event will bring together REALTORS®, local businesses, and residents to promote wellness while raising funds in support of affordable housing initiatives and services for individuals and families in need.

The event will include a timed 5K run and a non-competitive walk, with designated start and finish areas, volunteer support, and appropriate safety measures in place. Proceeds from registration fees and sponsorships will directly support the charitable missions of both beneficiary organizations.

Pre-Race Bib Pick Up
We'll be hosting a bib pick-up event on Friday, April 24th 1PM - 8 PM at Kent Washington Association of REALTORS, 2240 South County Trail, East Greenwich, RI 02818

Beat the race-day crowds by checking in early. Pick up your bib and shirt. You MUST bring a copy of your photo ID. If you're checking in for someone else, please have a copy of their photo ID (can be a text picture of the photo ID). Please have your QR registration code ready to be scanned when you arrive.

Check-In
If you do not pick up your bib at pre-race check-in, you can check in on the morning of the race. Bib pick-up begins at 8:15 AM and closes at 9:00 AM at Warwick City Park.
