Our beloved free marathon build up program for the Lakefront Marathon (or similarly timed Fall marathons/half marathons) is the result of a great team of volunteers.
Program Details
- Distance Start: The runs start at 6 miles.
- Duration: The program lasts for 12-13 weeks.
- Distance Increase: Build up to 22 miles, increasing by just two miles per week.
