Fit 5- SUNDAYS

Welcome to the SUNDAY SPRING 2026 season (6 meeting days only) PLEASE NOTE: I have never offered Fit 5 on a Sunday, if we have less than 15 participants we will not hold our session (you will be given the option to change to Sat or a refund) 

We are excited to welcome you to the Fit 5 Family! Fit 5 Runners is a program founded and run by certified educators who are also USATF-level track coaches. This is a professionally run program and not volunteer-based.

Sessions will take place on most (but not all) SUNDAYS from 11AM–NOON at the track at Gainesville Middle School.

No Sessions: May 3 or 10th (Happy Mothers Day!)

Most SUNDAYS will be practice-focused and include running drills, skill development, games, and instruction aligned with our five core standards. Select SUNDAYS will be designated as race days. A detailed weekly schedule will be emailed in advance to assist with planning.

In the event of rain or severe weather, we will make every effort to offer a makeup session when possible; however, makeup days are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.

This program is open to children ages 4–10. At this time, we are unable to accept children under the age of 4. If a child under age 4 is registered, registration fees will be refunded minus applicable sign-up costs (you will may FIT 5 cost and your own). 

To ensure a positive and successful experience for all participants, Fit 5 Runners reserves the right to meet with families and, if necessary, discontinue an athlete’s participation if the program is not the best fit. Our goal is to foster a supportive and encouraging environment where every athlete feels confident, motivated, and set up for success.
