WOCA's Run, Rock, & Stroll

Event Overview

• Join Us: Join us for this year’s WOCA's Run, Rock, & Stroll, a special event held to support the ovarian cancer community throughout Wisconsin.
• Open to All: This event is open to everyone, regardless of experience levels.
• Paved Route: The route is a paved 2-mile loop through the scenic Greenfield Park.
• Honoring Loved Ones: Participants join to honor or remember loved ones, some are survivors themselves, and others simply want to support WOCA's mission.

Event Highlights

• Community Togetherness: This event is a great opportunity to come together, whether you’re running in support of someone, walking as a survivor, or just looking to participate in an awesome community event.
• Theme: This year's theme is TEAL. We want to see you and your team in your favorite TEAL outfit, shirt, hat, necklace, etc.
• Best Outfit Prize: There will be a prize for best outfit.

Registration Information

• Early Bird: $25 - Early Bird April 1st through May 31st.
• Standard Registration: $30 - June 1st through July 31st.
• Late Registration: $35 - August 1st through September 11th.

Team Information

• Team Advantage: Teams are a great way to gather your friends and family! Teams are made up of 10 or more people.
• Discount: Each individual on a team will receive $5 off of their registration once they register 10 participants.
• Registration Deadline: Participants must register before August 31st to receive discounted pricing.
• Team Registration: Click the Group/Teams button on the sidebar to get your team started.

Additional Activities

• Rascal Romp: This short children's run is for kids 10 & under.
• T-shirt Pickup: Ordered a t-shirt? You can pick it up the week before the event or the morning of the event.
• Pledge Pages: Show additional support by raising pledges. Start your fundraising page under the Donate Button.
• Course: Beginning and Ending at Greenfield Park, Cool Waters Pavilion. This scenic 2 Mile Run/Walk winds through Greenfield Park.

Event Guidelines

• Rules: Dogs allowed on leash only. Strollers and wheelchairs welcome.
• Award Categories: Awards will be given to the top pledge raisers and to the team captain with the largest team.

Timeline

• 8:00am-9:30am: Day of Registration, Pre-Registration T-shirt & Team Sign Pick Up.
• 8:30am-11:30am: Announcements and Music.
• 9:00am: Ovarian Cancer Survivor Photo, Team Photos to Follow.
• 10:00am: 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk Begins - Runners in the front.
• 11:15am-11:30am: Award Ceremony.
