About Janney Furnace

• History: Built by Alfred A. Janney in 1863 & 1864 to produce pig iron during the Civil War.
• Park: Janney Furnace Park is part of the Calhoun County Park System
• Hours: Open to the public daily from 8:00 am to dusk.

• Race Day Registrations: $30.00
• Registration Time: Between 6:30 AM & 7:30 AM at Janney Furnace Museum
• Shirts: Pre-register by October 1 to guarantee a long sleeve tech shirt: available while supplies last after.

Awards

• Top Finishers: Top three male & female finishers will receive an overall award.
• Categories: Awards will be given to the top 3 winners in each age category, male & female.

Results

• Timing: Results will be chip timed this year.
• Chip Type: Chips will be reusable shoe chips.
