About Janney Furnace
- History: Built by Alfred A. Janney in 1863 & 1864 to produce pig iron during the Civil War.
- Accessibility: Janney Furnace Park is part of the Calhoun County Park System.
- Hours: Open to the public daily from 8:00 AM to dusk.

- Entry Fee: $25.00
- Race Day Registrations: $30.00
- Registration Time: 6:30 AM & 7:30 AM at Janney Furnace Museum, 145 Janney Road, Ohatchee, AL 36271.
- Pre-registration: Please register by October 1 to guarantee a long sleeve tech shirt. After October 1, shirts available while supply lasts.
Awards
- Overall Awards: Top three male & female finishers will receive an award.
- Age Categories: Awards will be given to the top 3 winners in each age category, male & female.
Results
- Timing: Results will be chip timed this year.
- Chips: Chips will be reusable shoe chips.

- Categories: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
