🏃♂️ Race Overview
Can you run half-naked in the cold January air? While we certainly don't expect this of everyone, this "stripped down" format for the race was tied to its humble beginnings, and it has evolved and grown since then.
🏅 Mile Markers
- Finisher Medals: All half marathon finishers will receive a finisher medal.
- T-shirts: All quarter and half marathon runners will receive a long-sleeve t-shirt!
- Chip Timing: This year, both the half and quarter marathons WILL BE CHIP TIMED!
- Course Certification: The half marathon course is certified and will count as an official time.
🏆 Awards
- Age Group Awards: AGE GROUP awards will be given for BOTH races (distributed by 10-year age group).
- Course Details: 13.1 mile out and back course.
- Course Closure: Course closes at 11 a.m. Anyone on the course after this time is "on their own".
- Member Discount: A $3.00 discount for Anniston Runners Club and Gadsden Runners Club members. Discount does not apply towards Fab Four Series Bundle price.
