• Location: Midlothian Community Park, 3601 S. 14th St., Midlothian, TX 76065
• Race Day Packet Pickup: 7 am-7:45 am
• Pre-Packet Pickup: TBD

Timing Information

• Tracking: Timing is optional: You may track your time on an app (Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run, etc).
• No Timing Chips: Embrace a supportive, stress-free journey focused on your personal achievement and well-being.

T-Shirt Deadline

Friday, September 25, 2026, is the cutoff to guarantee your one-of-a-kind Hot Flash 5K t-shirt. You can still register after that date—but shirts are not guaranteed.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: Hot Flash 5k Walk/Run events proceed rain, shine, snow, or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no-refund policy.
• Weather: If conditions become lightning, ice, or otherwise unsafe, the event may be canceled.
• Participant Safety: Event changes and cancellations are at the discretion of the Race Director.
• Packet Pickup: If you are unable to participate in the event or it is canceled, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal.
