Think you’ve got the most Mardi Gras spirit? Prove it before the race begins!

• Dress up: Beads, feathers, sequins, masks, wigs — the wilder the better.
• Contestants will: Show off their outfits at the start line.
• Crowned by audience cheers: The loudest cheers win!
• Winner receives: A Bigfoot Prize Pack and the title of Grand Marshal.

🎉 On-Course Festivities

This race is a moving second line parade.

• Mini Mardi Gras block parties: At aid stations.
• Volunteers: Toss out Mardi Gras beads as you run.
• Catchphrase: Shout out “Throw me somethin’, mister!” to gather more beads.

• Packet Pickup: 7:30–8:45 am.
• Kids Dash: 8:55 am.
• Race Start: 9:00 am.
• Awards Ceremony: Given live as you finish!
