Fleet Feet's Tar Heel 10 Mile & Fleet Feet 4 Miler Course Preview: April 4th, 2026 at Fleet Feet Carrboro. The 10 Mile group starts at 7:30 am and the 4 Mile starts at 8 am. We'll have lots of different pace groups, turn by turn directions for the two courses, and we'll have water/aid out on the course! We'll have snacks and physical therapy help after the run! All are welcome!
We'll be joined by Balega, Superfeet and Maurten to help make the morning special with some demos, giveaways and more!
