Farmville 5k & Fun Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Date: Saturday May 16th, 2026
• Location: 3672 North Main Street, Farmville, NC
• Start Time: 8 am for 5K, Fun Run shortly thereafter
• Course Features: Scenic run along Farmville’s athletic field, golf course, library, arboretum, and through new and historic neighborhoods

🗓️ Event Details

• Chip Timing: The 5K will be chip timed by Run the East LLC using disposable chips attached to each race bib.
• Fun Run Timing: The Fun Run will not be chip-timed.
• Event T-shirt: Guaranteed in preferred size for all participants registered by April 23rd.
• Finisher Medal: All 5K finishers receive a finisher medal.

📋 Registration/Packet Pickup

• Early Packet Pickup: Available on Friday, May 15th from 4 to 7 pm at the Farmville Community Center, 3886 South Main St, Farmville, NC 27828.
• Same Day Registration: Packet pickup available on race day, beginning at 7:00 am on the Farmville Town Common.

💰 Registration Fees

• 5K: $30 until 04/03/2026: $35 until 05/15/2026: $40 on race day
• Ruck 5K: $30 until 04/03/2026: $35 until 05/15/2026: $40 on race day
• Fun Run/Walk: $20

🏆 Awards and Ceremony

• Top Prizes: Awards for top three male and female overall.
• Age Categories: Awards for the top three male and female in age groups: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up.
• Award Ceremony: Takes place in the gazebo on the Town Common immediately after the last participant crosses the finish line.
