Unity Beach Swim - Aquathlon & Run Training Races (May)

Race simulation. Open water / Aquathlon /beach run. 

Open Water Distance : 250-750 course 

1km , 1.5, 2.5, 3km , 5km  & 10 km course

Aquathlon Distance: Super sprint 1km run , swim 750 m 1km Run , sprint -2.5 km beach run , Swim 1.5 km , Run 2.5 km , ultra 5km run , 2.5 km swim , 5km run.

Long distance Run 5km or 10km beach Run

We are excited to introduce Aquathlon distances for kids in two age categories: 7-8 years old will compete in a 400m run, 100m swim, and 400m run, while 9-10 year olds will participate in a 500m run, 200m swim, and 500m run. 

Points will be awarded at this event 

Tri -A- Aquathlon / Kids 1 k beach run , Swim 250m, beach run 1 k
