The Bobby Doyle 5-Miler Road Race was created as a living memorial to our brother, father, coach, and friend, Bobby Doyle. Join us on Sunday, August 9th, 2026 in Narragansett, RI, for the 2026 event!

• Date: Sunday, August 9th, 2026
• Location: Narragansett Pier Middle School, 235 South Pier Rd, Narragansett, RI
• Start Time: 9:00am
• Course: 5 Mile course is USATF-certified. All participants are chipped timed.

Race Features

• Course: USATF-certified 5-Mile course with beautiful, panoramic ocean views
• New Addition: 2-Mile Fun Run/Walk (no medal)
• Prize Purse: $6,500 total prize purse (Open, 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+, 80+)
• Registration Perks: All registered runners will receive a technical t-shirt
• Finishers: Medals for the first 900 Finishers
• Post-Race Raffle: All pre-registered runners are automatically entered for our Post-Race raffle, including $1,250 in gift cards to Rhode Runner
• Refreshments: Beverages and snacks will be served after the race
• High School Incentive: Girls & Boys High School winners earn 1 free pair of shoes (must be current student)

• Pre-Race Packet Pickup: Saturday, August 8th || 10am - 2pm
• Location: Rhode Runner, 657 North Main St., Providence, RI
• Shopping Opportunity: Come ready to shop! Each bib includes a 15% coupon to Rhode Runner!
• Registration: Walk up registrations will be accepted!

Race Day Pickup

• Location: Pier Middle School, Narragansett, RI
• Time: 7:30am - 9:00am
