Refund Policy

All race registrations are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, personal schedule conflicts, illness, injury, or weather preferences.

Event Cancellation / Postponement

If the event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to weather, permits, or safety concerns):

• Participants will not receive a refund
• All registrations will be automatically deferred to a future Run Society Co. event
• Participants will receive 100% credit toward a rescheduled or future race
