HAUNTED HALLOWEEN 5K & 10K RUN / WALK: A fundraiser for the Spring Lake Schools Boys' volleyball program.

Race Format

• Course: 2 laps on the bike path around the lake equals a 5K, and 4 laps equals a 10K.
• Timing: Start/Finish timing mat will provide a chip start time and record your total time.
• Lap Recording: If you lose count of your laps, they will be recorded.
• Combination Event: You can register for both the 5K and 10K, running the 5K first.

Fundraising Purpose

• Support: All proceeds will support the Spring Lake High School boys' volleyball program.
• Program Details: This is a Pay-To-Play school sports program.
• Expenses: Individual, team, travel, and supplies expenses are significant.
• Participation Growth: Increased participation along with individual and team development.

Costume Contest & Awards

• Costumes: Halloween-themed event, costumes are very welcome and encouraged.
• Best Costume: There will be an award for the best costume.
• Awards: Overall awards for male and female will go 3 deep.
• T-Shirts: Registered participants will receive a long-sleeved "Dri-Fit" tech shirt.

Photography & Amenities

• Photography: STELLAFLY will be on site capturing the event and individual photos.
• Free Photos: Photos will be available to participants at no charge.
• Strollers: Running strollers are allowed, but start at the back of the field.
• Post-Race Snacks: Snacks for participants and volunteers will be provided.

Important Notes

• No Pets: Please leave your pets at home as they are not allowed on the course.
• Aid Station: 1 aid station located just beyond the Start/Finish line with water and Gatorade.
