28th Annual Rail Trail 10-Miler

Race Overview

On August 22, 2026, the York Road Runners Club will hold the 28th annual Rail Trail 10-Miler to benefit The ARC of York and Adams Counties.

Event Details

• Date and Time: August 22, 2026, at 8:00am
• Location: Liberty Christian Fellowship Church, Seven Valleys, Pennsylvania
• Course: Ten gentle, downhill miles north along the scenic York County Heritage Rail Trail
• Finish Line: Just before the Rail Trail crosses Princess Street in downtown York, PA.

Post-Race Activities

After the runners finish the course, post-race refreshments (including craft beer from Collusion Tap Works) and entertainment will take place at the Agricultural and Industrial Museum (directly across the street from the finish line).

Runners and spectators also have the opportunity to explore the Agricultural and Industrial Museum after the race. Discover York County's farming and industrial heritage through historic tractors, antique equipment, and interactive exhibits celebrating 300 years of transportation and agriculture and the development of manufacturing and industry. Don't miss out!

Amenities

• Finisher Medal: All finishers will receive a medal.
• Post-Race Refreshments: Great refreshments including craft beer (for runners over the age of 21).
• T-Shirt: The official 2026 Rail Trail 10 Miler short sleeve t-shirt. Register by July 15th to guarantee your t-shirt size.
• Water Stations: Four water stations along the course.
• Timing: Chip timing and race results by Black Cat Timing.
• Busing: Busing from the finish line to the start line before the race is available for runners who register early. Seating is VERY limited. We do not provide transportation to the start area after the race.
• Museum Tour: Option to tour the Agricultural and Industrial Museum after the race.
• Goodies: Other goodies thanks to our sponsors and donors!

We will have awards for the top three finishers (for both men and women) in the following age groups:
