Get ready to boogie on down at this year’s Fox Trot 5K on Saturday, September 27th, where we’re dialing up the disco and inviting you to “Race Through the ‘70s!” 💃🌈🙌

• Picture this: glittering disco balls, funky bell bottoms, and the infectious beat of groovy tunes filling the air.
• Fun elements: As you lace up those sneakers, you’ll be transported to the decade of platform shoes, peace signs, and pure funky freedom. ✌️🪩
• Community spirit: It’s about the energy, the laughter, and the community spirit as we strut, hustle, jog, and roll through the 5K course together.
• Finish line fun: The finish line celebration? Totally tubular – with confetti, photo ops, and maybe even a Soul Train line to celebrate your finish!
