14th Annual Miles for a Mission 5K Run/Walk

Participate In Person or Virtually

• Event Location: Join us at St. Francis Episcopal Church, 2810 Long Ridge Rd, Stamford, CT.
• Date and Time: Sunday, Sept 20 at 9:00 AM - canine companions are welcomed to both events!
• Timing: The Run will NOT be chip timed but if you register as timed, we WILL record your finish time and place.
• Course Certification: The 5K course is USATF certified.

• Dogapalooza: Activities will start at 9:15 AM.
• Contest Start Time: Contests will begin at 9:45 AM.
• Competition Categories: 'Best Trick', 'Looks Most Like Your Dog', 'Best in Show' and more.
• Virtual Participation: Complete your 5K any time between Sept 14 - 20 by walking, running, jogging, hiking, swimming, or using your treadmill.

Beneficiary of Run/Walk Proceeds

• Beneficiary: INTEMPO is the beneficiary for the 2026 Miles for a Mission Run/Walk.
• Goal: To raise funds and awareness for this important organization.
• Mission: INTEMPO enables young people to thrive through instruction in classical and multi-cultural music, building life skills, and fostering community.
• Impact: Since 2011, INTEMPO has reached thousands of young people with afterschool, summer, and partnership programs.
