14th Annual Miles for a Mission 5K Run/Walk

• Time: In Person Run/Walk at 9:00 AM

Participate In Person or Virtually

• In Person: Join us for the Run/Walk & Dogapalooza!
• Dog-friendly: Canine companions are welcome at both events!
• Timekeeping: The run will not be chip timed, but finish times will be recorded for timed registrants.
• Course: The 5K course is USATF certified.

Dogapalooza Activities

• Start Time: Dogapalooza activities begin at 9:15 AM.
• Contest Start: Contests begin at 9:45 AM.
• Competitions: Events include 'Best Trick', 'Looks Most Like Your Dog', and 'Best in Show'.

Virtual Participation

• Dates: Complete your virtual run/walk any time between Sept 14 - 20.
• Activities: You can walk, run, jog, hike, swim, or use a treadmill to finish your 5K.
• Companionship: Participate with friends or family members!

Beneficiary of Run/Walk Proceeds

• Beneficiary: The proceeds will benefit INTEMPO.
• Goal: Raise funds and awareness for this vital organization.
