Competition Format

Stations of Strength & Endurance

• Athletes: will move through a series of functional fitness stations combining cardio, strength, and grit. Modified versions are available upon request on day of competition.
• Start: 400m Run To START
• Stations:
  • 20/16 Calorie Ski Erg
  • 25-yard Sled Push
  • 25-yard Sled Pull
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 15 Burpee Broad Jumps
  • 20/16 calorie Air Bike
• Repeat: for 4 Rounds
• Finish: 400m Run TO FINISH
