• Overall and Age Groups: Top 1-3 overall winners
• Age Group Awards: Top 1-3 in each age group
• Kids Fun Run: Not timed: everyone is a winner!

Entry Details

• Registration Fee: $35 per participant, $20 for Fun Run (kids under 12)
• Registration Deadline: Must register by September 14th to order a t-shirt
• T-shirt Cost: $5

Race Course

• 5k Course
• Fun Run Course 1.5K
• Course Information: Trail course with varied, unpaved terrain like dirt and gravel

Bib Pick Up

• When: Early bib pick up on Thursday, 10/1/2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Where: Tosco Pizza parking lot (2908 W Main St, Eagleville, PA 19403)
• Race Day Registration: Available, but t-shirts are not provided
• T-shirt Pickup Note: Shirts not picked up on race day will not be held

Amenities

• Refreshments: Snacks available for all participants
• Water Stations: Located throughout the course
• Prizes: Awarded to top finishers

Parking Information

• Primary Parking: Heebner Park at Valley Forge Entrance
• Overflow Parking: Available at the Heebner Road Entrance

• Timing: The Bryn Mawr Racing Co. will professionally time the race (5K only)
• Results Location: Available at brynmawrracing.com
