• Donor Photo: If you wish to submit a photo of a donor for the Garden of Heroes, be sure to upload a photo when you register.
• New Display: There will also be a new display at the event site to recognize transplant recipients and those waiting for a transplant.
• Registration Deadline: We kindly ask that if you would like to honor a donor hero or recognize a transplant recipient in these spaces, you register by September 14.

About the Event

Our Annual Celebrate Life 5K Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, October 4th, in Forest Park at the Festival & Parking Plaza (Upper Muny Lot). We are excited to raise awareness about organ, tissue, and eye donation and to celebrate the gift of life. By bringing the St. Louis Transplant Community together, we will honor donor families and living donors, celebrate new life with recipients, support those waiting for a life-saving transplant, and inspire others to say yes to donation.

Mid-America Transplant is focused on strengthening our communities by not only serving as the link between patients awaiting organ and tissue transplants and those who donate, but also as a community-based resource providing education and bereavement support.
