- Course: Runners will follow the multi-use trails of the New River Trail System.
- Packet Pick-Up: Available on December 19, 2026, from 2-5 PM at Road Runner Sports.
- Race Day Registration: Begins at 7 AM at Rio Vista Park. Cash and credit cards accepted.
- Weather Policy: Event will take place rain or shine: no refunds due to weather.

- Untimed Reindeer Dash: Participants receive a medal, bib, and tech shirt.
