Participants will complete four laps around the track at Curtis Field in Petoskey, with each lap bringing a different challenge:
- Lap 1: Walking Lunges (weighted or non-weighted division)
- Lap 2: Bear Crawls
- Lap 3: Farmer Carry
- Lap 4: Final Running Lap
