- 62 mile Habanero Ride: start time 7:00 a.m.
- 40 mile Chile Rojo Ride: start time 7:30 a.m.
- 25 mile Chile Verde Ride: start time 8:00 a.m.
- 5 mile Family Fun Bell Pepper Ride: start time 8:30 a.m.
5K Walk/Run
- Start Time: 9:00 a.m.
- Encouragement: Families are encouraged to participate while waiting for cyclists.
- Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79.

- Distance: Approximately every 15 miles - porta potties available
- 62 miles: 4 rest stops
- 40 miles: 3 rest stops
- 25 miles: 2 rest stops
