Course Information
- Course Type: The course is flat and fast.
- Finish Location: Finishes adjacent to the Bar Harbor ballfields.
- Breakfast: Enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast hosted by the Bar Harbor Rotary.
- Parade: Watch the Independence Day Parade!
Awards and Prizes
- Shirts: The first 50 participants to register will receive a patriotic race shirt.
- Finisher Prizes: All finishers will receive a prize.
- Top Finishers: Awards for the top 3 overall male and female finishers.
- Beneficiary: This race benefits the Mount Desert Island YMCA.

No Parking in the YMCA parking lot, due to craft fair.
