This is a Grass Roots 5k where all money raised will benefit Strong Grounds Foundations mission to help create and support youth health, movement, and wellness initiatives in Stafford.
The race will be held rain or shine.
The course is stroller and well behaved dog friendly.
Packet Pickup will be available on Friday, 8/21, Noon - 3pm at Yellow Dog Coffee Roasters, 420 N Main St A, Manahawkin, NJ and also on race morning.
Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers.
