Join us on Saturday, August 29, for the Ambleside Prep Community 5K & Kids Fun Mile at Ambleside Prep in Kinston, NC!

Community Spirit

• Purpose: This event aims to bring the community together while raising funds to support Ambleside Prep Athletics.
• Investment: Every registration helps provide equipment, uniforms, facility improvements, and opportunities for student-athletes.
• Character Building: Your participation is a direct investment in the development of teamwork and competition in students.
• Inclusivity: Whether you’re an experienced runner or a casual walker, this event caters to everyone.

5K Registration

The 5K is open to runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re chasing a new personal record or simply enjoying the morning with friends, we’d love to have you join us.

• Deadline: Must register by August 5th to be guaranteed a shirt.

Kids Fun Mile

Before the 5K, we’ll host a Kids Fun Mile for our youngest participants. It’s a fun, non-competitive event designed to help kids experience the excitement of race day and encourage a love for staying active. Every child will cross the finish line a winner!

Participant Perks

• T-shirt: Official Ambleside Prep Community 5K race T-shirt (while supplies last)
• Finisher Medal: All participants will receive a finisher medal.
• Chip Timing: The 5K will be chip-timed for accurate results.
• Refreshments: Post-race refreshments will be provided.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as age group winners.
