• Kids Dash: 50-meter untimed dash (Ages 10 & under)
• 1 Mile Fun Run: For all ages and experience levels (untimed)
• 5K (3.11 miles): Chip timed
• Quarter Marathon: (6.55 miles) – Chip timed
• Half Marathon (13.1 miles): Chip timed

Awards Structure

Standard Age Group Awards (5K, Quarter Marathon, Half):

• 1st Overall Male & Female: Bigfoot Trophy
• 1st Masters (40+): Male & Female – Recognition Pin

Top 3 in each age group receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze pins.

5:30 AM – 6:40 AM – Packet Pickup ends 20 minutes before the race starts!

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Then Run: (5K Distance Only)

Be part of the action and run the 5K! Includes a chip-timed bib, t-shirt, and finisher medal.

Volunteer Then Run Schedule:
Arrive 1.5 hours early to help with packet pickup.
Run the 5K.
Help hand out awards post-race.
Limited to first 5 sign-ups only.

Full Race Volunteer (Non-Running Role)

Perfect for those who want to help but not run this time. Volunteers will not participate in the race and receive:

Course Experience

All races are held on scenic local park and greenbelt trails—mostly paved with some crushed granite and dirt sections. Aid stations will be available throughout the course to keep you hydrated and supported.

• Packet Pickup: Opens 1.5 hours before race start.
