About this race
Race Overview
Point to Point NJ is a self-supported 200 mile road race from High Point, NJ to Cape May, NJ. Runners will choose any route with the exception of the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike, Atlantic City Expressway, I-80, I-95, I-280, I-78, or any other roadways, easements, or trail off limits to pedestrian foot traffic.
Race Options
- Distance: A 50K option is available that will also start in High Point, NJ but will finish near Lake Hopatcong, NJ.
- Age Requirement: Participants for either race distance must be at least 18 years of age as of the 9th of October 2026.
- Runner Guidelines: Please review the Runner and Crew Guide for details on each race distance.
200 Mile Requirements
- Application: Competitors who want to run the 200 mile event are required to submit a running resume with links to results.
- Eligibility: Must have completed at least one 100 mile race (road or trail) within the last 3 years.
- Event Request: To apply for the 200 mile event, select the Point to Point NJ 200 Event Request option and answer the required questions.
- Cost: The cost for the 200 mile event is $300. There is no cost to submit an event request.
50K Event
The Hopatcong 50K will be open to all competitors.
Logistics
- Packet Pickup: Packet pick up will start at 6am on race morning.
- Emergency Contact: All competitors must provide an emergency point of contact.
- Crew Point of Contact: 200 mile runners are encouraged to provide a point of contact from within their crew.
