Walk This Way: 80's 5K & Block Party is a high-energy, 80s-themed run/walk and block party designed to bring the community together for a night of nostalgia, fitness, and celebration — all while raising funds to support local education. ​This event blends a classic 5K with a throwback block party, featuring big hair, leg warmers, windbreakers, and all things totally tubular.

The Experience

• Dress Code: Dust off your best 80s gear, bright colors, and outrageous retro style!
• Route: Participants will run or walk a vibrant 5K route through beautiful Downtown Foley and along the Rose Trail.
• Start/Finish: The event begins and ends at the Foley Heritage Park.

• T-Shirt: Each registered participant receives an official Walk This Way event t-shirt.
• Block Party Access: Entry to the Heritage Park Block Party is included.

The After Party

• Live Music: Dance the night away with the ultimate 80s cover band, Disco Kiss.
