The Tekau's Heart Memorial 5K Run/1 Mile Walk

The Tekau’s Heart Memorial 5K Run/1 Mile Walk is held to raise awareness about heart conditions that can occur in teens and young adults and in memory of Tekau Rasayon who passed away suddenly at the age of 17. Proceeds from the run will go towards funding a memorial scholarship in Tekau's name.

Mission Statement

• Purpose: As a charitable 501(c)3 non-profit, our mission is to raise awareness about heart conditions and heart health, focusing on teens and young adults.
• Scholarship: We aim to provide a memorial scholarship to a graduating senior who is going to college.

• Warm-Up: 7:45 AM - 7:55 AM
• Run Start: 8:00 AM
• Close-Out: 12:00 PM
