- Course: Flat courses with minimal elevation changes.
- Participation: All registered participants will receive a t-shirt and a finisher's medal. All proceeds go towards causes supported by Vibha.
What is Dream Mile?
The Dream Mile is Vibha’s flagship fundraiser event, with the anticipated participation of 1,000 patrons from across the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Vibha volunteers have been organizing this run/walk event for more than 25 years and it has become a permanent fixture on the calendars of runners and families in various cities across the Bay Area.
- Funding: The funds raised through the Dream Mile go towards supporting child development projects in India and the USA.
- Mission: Our mission is to transform the quality of public education by scaling proven models of Motivation, Learning, Training & Technology.
- Beneficiaries: The Dream Mile will support local beneficiaries of the Dream Mile host cities.
- Impact: Over the years, the The Dream Mile has raised more than $3 Million and supported more than 180,000 children.

What are the Race Distances?
The Dream Mile 2026 consists of 5K, 10K, and HM running/walking events, Virtual - 5K, 10K, HM, 'Grand' Relay (grandparent - grandchild relay), Kids Run.
Highlights
- Events: 5K/10K/Half Marathon/Virtual with 'Grand' Relay (grandparent - grandchild relay), Kids Run.
- Timing: Professional chip-based timing.
- Pacers: Half Marathon Pacers for 7 different pace groups to help achieve your HM PR.
- Merchandise: T-shirts and finisher medals for all registered participants (unless opting out).
* In case the in-person event is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances, the event will be held virtually. No refunds will be provided.
Registration Information
- Registration Deadline: The online registration will be open till Sunday, September 6th, 2026. Please register by August 8th to guarantee your t-shirt size choice.
- Recommendations: We highly recommend you register online by Friday, Sept. 4th, to avoid disappointment.
- Group Registration: Up to 10 participants can register together in a single transaction.
