• DATE: Saturday, October 24th, 2026
• WHERE: Start/finish at the Deaf Action Center at 601 Jordan St., Shreveport
• FUN RUN TIME: Start/Finish 8:00 am - 8:30 am
• 5K TIME: Start/Finish 8:30 am - 11:30 am

5K Registration Prices:

• Early Bird: (Now - August 31): $25
• Regular: (September 1st - October 23rd): $30
• Race Day: (October 24th): $35

Fun Run Registration Prices:

• PARTICIPATION PATCH: ALL FUN RUN PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A PARTICIPATION PATCH!

Registration Policy

• Refund Policy: Because this is a fundraising event to benefit the Deaf Action Center, NO refunds will be available for any reason.

Race Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Thursday, October 22nd - noon - 6:30 p.m.
• Date: Friday, October 23rd - 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
• Race Day: At the race site starting at 7:00 a.m.

Awards & Prizes

• Overall Awards: Overall Male & Female will each win $100 cash and a medal: additionally, everyone will receive a participation medal.
• Age Groups: 0-12, 13-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Post-Race Activities

• Stick Around: Make sure to stick around after the race for awards, food, kids' activities, raffles and silent auctions.

Course Regulations

• Allowed: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand-pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only.
• Prohibited: Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation!
• No Dogs: No dogs are allowed on the course.
